Registration Overview
River Walk Shockwaves is open to swimmers who meet neighborhood eligibility requirements and are able to swim the length of the pool unassisted (for Big Team).
Our season typically runs from May through July.
Swimmers are placed in groups based on age.

Eligibility
- All swimmers must have an active full River Walk pool membership.
- Big Team swimmers must be able to swim one pool length unassisted.
- Guppies are evaluated for water readiness.
Fees
Include:
- Registration fee $125/swimmer
All fees must be paid before the first meet.
Guppies Program
The Guppy team is the heart and future of our Big team! The Guppy program is for young swimmers who are preparing for, but may not be quite ready for, our Big team. Guppies will learn competitive swimming skills, sportsmanship and have fun in the water. Swimmers can move up from the Guppy team to the Big team as their skills improve and are able to swim independently the length of the pool.
Guppies focus on:
- Water safety
- Stroke fundamentals
- Building strength to transition to Big Team
Spots are limited and priority is given to River Walk residents.
