River Walk Shockwaves

Parent involvement is imperative to allow swim meets to run smoothly and effectively. All parents agreed to volunteer for both home and away meets when you registered. 

Volunteering is a great opportunity to become more involved and get to know all our wonderful River Walk families.

Our team must fill over 40 volunteer positions each week; this program could not exist without you! Most volunteer positions require training, either online or class training. PLEASE be aware a new fine will be instated for any team that does not have the minimum number of deck officials by the first meet. 

These positions are easy to do and very easy to train for and pass. It takes only minutes to read the training and take the test.

First, review Education Materials for your particular position here.

You must complete and pass the SAIL Officials Online Certification test (and score 80% or above) before actively volunteering for any of the following positions:  Chief Timer, COC, Coach, Stroke/Turn, Starter and/or Referee.
