Declaring Swimmers
We need every swimmer to declare if they are swimming or not swimming at each meet. Remember, no swimmer can be added at the meet. If you don't declare them to swim ahead of time, they will not be able to participate in that meet.
Here's how to do it:
-Go to Meet Schedule
-Scroll down to the upcoming meet.
-You will see a green button that says "Meet Entry". Select that button
-Select "Edit"
-This brings up a drop-down button to declare if your swimmer is attending the meet or not attending the meet. If your swimmer is not attending the meet, please make sure you "Save" before you exit the screen.
-If your swimmer is attending the meet, you will be prompted to select the events for them. Select the events and check if they are available for relays. You can also leave a message for the coaches. For example, this would be a good time to let them know if your swimmer can only swim events in the first half because it is a school night. The coaches will have a chance to look over the selections and will work with the swimmers to help them get all of the events in for Iron Man (award for swimming all of the events in their age group throughout the season - not in one meet) if that is the swimmer's goal. -Make sure you "Save" your selections before you exit the screen.
We also need the parents to sign up to volunteer. Please select the "Job Signup" button and select the volunteer role for you. It's very important that every parent volunteers at each meet.
