Signup Instructions for Swims and Jobs at Meets
How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:
Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.
Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet.
Job Signup
- Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). You will only be able to volunteer for the job groups you were assigned. A parent is required to volunteer for each meet their swimmer is participating in.
- Click Save Assignments.
- Click Back to Signup Calendar.
Swimmer Signup
- Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the green Edit tab under your athletes' names.
- For each of your athletes, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
- (undeclared)
- Attending
- Not Attending
- Select the appropriate events from the list shown.
- Specify your swimmer's availability for relays from the drop down options (if offered).
- Click Save to record your choices.

| -Go to https://riverwalkswim.swimtopia.com/swim_meets-Scroll down to June 2nd Pebble Creek Half Mile At River Walk -You will see a green button that says "Meet Entry" - select that button -Select "Edit" -This brings up a drop-down button to declare if your swimmer is attending the meet or not attending the meet. If your swimmer is not attending the meet, please make sure you"Save" before you exit the screen. -If your swimmer is attending the meet, you will be prompted to select the events for them. Select the events and check if they are available for relays. Make sure you "Save" your selections before you exit the screen. We also need the parents to sign up to volunteer. Please select the "Job Signup" button and select the volunteer role for you. It's very important that every parent volunteers at each meet. Thank you! |
